Finding calm, connection, and the strengths you already carry within
As a recovering perfectionist, I understand the power of anxiety and aim to partner with you in finding strategies to disarm anxiety and help you feel your best, or at least your better. We may not find the "right" answer, but we will find options. When the to-do list becomes too long, we’ll build a tool box of coping skills to make your life more manageable.
I work best with people who may seem to have it all together but are struggling more inside and may feel unheard. I hear you. I have experienced occupational burnout myself, resulting in compassion fatigue, and I have returned to a place where I once again feel compassion, hope, and connection to both my own growth and my clients. Although the system has yet to change, I will partner with you to regain vitality in your own life.
In our work together, therapy becomes a conversation to better understand who you are and what you are looking to achieve. My goal is to understand your experience and partner in finding you more calm, peace, and connection in your life.
I believe in the power of community and it would be my pleasure to join you in creating the community that supports the life you want. In addition to community, I support the inherent strengths that each of us have as individuals. I appreciate the practical application of therapy to what can not only improve symptoms, but how our work together can increase your ability to find your strengths and come closer to the person you want to be.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, practicing via telehealth only. I am available for individual therapy, supervision and mentoring . I am not in network with any insurance companies and can work with you to find a rate that makes therapy accessible to you.
